SECURITY DEPOSIT: We require a security deposit on our home. To ensure a full
refund of the security deposit we ask that you follow all procedures listed. We will return
this deposit to you within thirty days after you have vacated the unit and provided the
unit has been left clean and damage free.
TRASH PICK UP: We have one large trash can that needs to be put out by 7 a.m.
Thursday. Feel free to burn as much burnable trash as you can in the fire pit. The more
you burn the better.
PETS: THERE ARE NO PETS ALLOWED. If pets are found to be at the home, the renter
will be asked to leave immediately and will receive no refund.
SMOKING: THERE IS NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE: If renters are found smoking in
the house at any time they will be asked to leave and will receive no refund.
DO NOT PARK ON THE LAWN: We have a sprinkler system so please do not park cars
or trailers on the lawn. If additional parking is needed for trailers we have an extra lot to
store them
FIREWORKS: NO PERSONAL FIREWORKS. If you happen to stay at the house when
Torch Lake has the fireworks, great! Otherwise there are no fireworks allowed
BOATING COURTESY: We have neighbors so please observe no wake until you clear
the shallow areas.
JET SKIS: Please observe all boating laws and courtesies. Don't run the machines
in the shallow water in front of the neighbors homes.
CHECK IN: Check in is no earlier than 3:00 PM. PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE EARLIER.
We only have a limited amount of time to clean and prepare the house and we need the
entire time. THANK YOU!
CHECK OUT: Please check out promptly by 10:00 AM. There could be an additional
charge if check out times are not observed. We ask that you leave the property neat
and orderly. Clean and put away all dishes, put all the trash securely in outside
containers, leave the keys on the kitchen counter and lock all the doors. There will be
an additional fee if the home is not left reasonably clean.
TV AND APPLIANCES: We will do our best to ensure that all the equipment is in working
order. We will attempt to rectify any problems which may arise to the best of our ability,
however repairs and replacement are not guaranteed. Please notify us of any repairs
required ( i.e. plumbing, appliances, fixtures).
LINENS AND TOWELS: Blankets, pillows, dish cloths and dish towels ARE provided.
We will supply a limited supply of toilet paper and trash bags.
SHEETS AND PILLOW CASES ARE NOT PROVIDED
We require that no more than 10 people occupy the house at one time.
If more then 10 people are found to be occupying the property, you will be
asked to leave immediately and no monies will be refunded
